RETURN & WARRANTY INFORMATION
Our services come with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
STAND 8 Return & Warranty Policy offers a 30-day warranty for our services, during which any issues or defects will be promptly resolved at no additional cost. This warranty ensures that DIR customers receive reliable and effective solutions for their ITSAC services needs.
Worker Removal and Substitution
Under our Texas DIR contract, we are committed to ensuring the seamless provision of our services. If a worker provided by STAND 8 is unable to complete their engagement, we will provide a substitute worker at no additional cost within seven business days. The substitute will meet the minimum requirements outlined in the original solicitation and purchase order. Should we be unable to provide a satisfactory substitute, the customer has the right to terminate the purchase order.
Customer-Requested Worker Removal
DIR Customers have the right to direct the immediate removal of a worker under certain circumstances, such as violations of legal or safety standards or if the worker is unable to satisfactorily provide the required services. In such cases, STAND 8 will provide a qualified substitute within seven business days at no additional cost.
Return of Equipment
We take responsibility for ensuring the return of all equipment and materials provided to our workers upon the completion or termination of a purchase order. STAND 8 will bear the cost of replacing or repairing any unreturned or damaged items.
