Jennifer brings nearly 20 years of experience to her position as Senior Director of Operations, with a focus on deploying scalable operating procedures, strategic analysis, and fiscal foresight. As a business leader, she has supported two startups in their growth to over 100 employees. Jennifer has managed the back-office operations for STAND 8 for nearly a decade.
Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys fine food and wine. With her husband and kids in tow, Jennifer enjoys exploring California wine country and discovering new restaurants, from street tacos to Michelin-starred destinations. Jennifer enjoys spending time in west Maui among the beautiful flora, sunsets, and tropical cocktails.
